Terms and Conditions of the Creative Painting Studio PIGCASSO Creative Paint House

The terms are defined between “Let Me Out sp. z o.o.” (hereinafter referred to as the “company,” “organizer,” or “Pigcasso”), registered under NIP 899-274-73-14 REGON 022263171, located in Wrocław:

and the service recipient, hereinafter referred to as the “user,” “participant,” or “guest.”

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for making reservations through the Website, safety regulations, and rules for participation.

1.2. The person making the reservation is required to familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions and share the information with others participating in the activity.

1.3. The user must use the Website and make reservations in compliance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

RESERVATION
2.1. Reservations can be made through the website in the domain and subdomains pigcasso.pl.

2.2. Painting workstation reservations are available in the “OUR EXPERIENCES” section of the Website. Reservations can be added to the cart by completing the following steps:

– Selecting a service category
– Choosing a service
– Selecting a date and time
– Selecting a ticket type
– Adding the reservation to the cart

2.3. Discounted tickets are available for children up to 12 years old and students up to 18 years old upon presenting a valid school ID.

2.4. A “discounted ticket + guardian” is only available for children up to 12 years old and their guardian.

PAYMENT
3.1. Payment for reservations can be made on-site on the reservation day or through the online payment system.

3.2. To use a voucher as payment, select the “Voucher” payment option during checkout. A printed paper version of the voucher must be provided to staff on the reservation day before the painting session.

MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS
4.1. Reservations can be canceled via email, phone, or in person at the venue.

4.2. Users are eligible for a refund only if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

VOUCHERS
5.1. Gift vouchers can be purchased on-site or online by contacting wroclaw@pigcasso.pl.

5.3. Vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

SAFETY REGULATIONS
6.1. Before the activity, participants must familiarize themselves with safety rules and follow staff instructions.

6.2. Non-toxic poster paints are used. The organizer is not responsible for allergic reactions. Paint composition is available on request.

FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. Any matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code.
