Regulations of the Creative Painting Studio PIGCASSO Creative Paint House

 The terms agreed between the company “Skok Blok Sp z o.o.” (hereinafter referred to as the “company,” “organizer,” or “Pigcasso Kraków”), registered under NIP 945-229-48-03 REGON 529035374, with headquarters in Kraków:

and the recipient of the service, hereinafter referred to as the “user,” “participant,” or “guest.” 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These regulations define the rules for making reservations through the Website, safety rules, and participation rules.

1.2. The person making the reservation is obliged to familiarize themselves with the content of the Regulations and to share this information with other people who will be participating in the activity.

1.3. The user is required to use the Website and make reservations in accordance with these Regulations and the applicable laws.

RESERVATIONS

2.1. Reservations are made through the websites in the domain and subdomains of pigcasso.pl.

2.2. Painting station reservations can be made in the “OUR EXPERIENCES” section of the Website. Adding a reservation to the cart involves performing the following actions:

      Selecting a service category

      Selecting a service

      Selecting a date and time

      Selecting a ticket type

      Adding the reservation to the cart

2.3 Discounted tickets are available for children up to 12 years old and youths up to 18 years old with a valid school ID.

2.4 “Discounted ticket with a guardian” is available only for children up to 12 years old and their guardian.

2.5. Finalizing the reservation involves the following actions:

Summarizing the reservation in the cart

Providing personal data

Selecting a payment method

Accepting the regulations

PAYMENT

3.1. Payment for reservations made through the Website can be completed upon arrival at the venue on the day of the reservation or via an online payment system.

3.2. To use a voucher as a payment method, select the “Voucher” payment option during checkout. A printed paper version of the voucher must be presented to the staff on the day of the painting session.

3.4. Prices listed on the Website www.pigcasso.pl are gross amounts, including VAT calculated in accordance with the applicable laws.

RESERVATION MODIFICATION

4.1. Reservations can be canceled via email, phone, or in person at the venue.

4.2. Players are entitled to a refund for the game only if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the activity. Otherwise, they are required to pay the full amount for the session.

VOUCHERS

5.1. Gift vouchers can be purchased in person during the venue’s opening hours or online by contacting wroclaw@pigcasso.pl.

5.2. Available vouchers correspond to the admission tickets offered.

5.3. Vouchers can be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.

5.4. Voucher validity cannot be extended.

SAFETY RULES

6.1. Before starting the activity, participants must familiarize themselves with general safety rules and strictly follow the staff’s instructions.

6.2. Non-toxic poster paints are used during the activity. The organizer is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the paint ingredients. The paint composition is available upon request at the venue. 
6.3. Each participant is provided with a single-use protective suit to safeguard clothing and a pair of shoe covers. The organizer is not responsible for any damage or staining of clothing or footwear.

6.4. During the activity, participants must exercise caution and avoid sudden or overly intense movements that may lead to injuries.

6.5. Participants must be mindful of others around them and refrain from actions that could endanger their safety.

6.6. Lockable lockers are provided for participants to store valuable items during the activity. The organizer is not responsible for damaged or lost items brought into the activity area.

6.7. In the event of an accident or sudden illness, participants must immediately inform the venue staff.

GENERAL ACTIVITY RULES

7.1. The minimum age for participation in the activity is 3 years.

7.2. Participants under the age of 12 may take part in the activity only when accompanied by an adult guardian.

7.3. Participation in the activity is prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.

7.4. To use the service, participants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the activity.

7.5. The duration of the activity is limited to 60 minutes. Extensions are not permitted.

7.6. All participants are fully responsible for any material damages caused during the activity (in particular, damages resulting from mechanical destruction of spinning tables, TVs, or audio-video equipment in the venue).

7.7. Each participant receives a basic set consisting of a single-use protective suit, a canvas, a set of paints, and painting tools. Additional paints and larger canvases can be purchased at the venue.

7.8. After the activity, the artwork created by the participant will be handed to them in packaging suitable for transport. The organizer is not responsible for any damage or destruction of the artwork during transport by the participant.

7.9. Participants are required to take their completed artwork with them. This rule does not apply to artworks created on canvases larger than 40×50 cm.

7.10. If the artwork is left with the organizer, the participant automatically waives all ownership and copyright to the artwork.

BIRTHDAYS

8.1. Birthday party reservations can be made via phone, email, or in person at the venue.

8.2. When reserving a birthday party, the participant must pay a deposit of 400 PLN.

8.3. The participant has 3 days to make the payment and send a confirmation email after making the reservation.

8.4. The deposit is refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before the event. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable.

PERSONAL DATA

9.1. The personal data provided by the user is collected and processed by “Pigcasso” in accordance with applicable laws.

9.2. Participants may withdraw their consent for data processing at any time with future effect by sending an email to biuro@letmeout.pl or by submitting a written request to the headquarters of “Pigcasso.”

9.3. The person making the reservation consents to the processing of their personal data. This consent is the basis for the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Personal data is processed for service delivery and communication with the participant.

FINAL  PROVISIONS

10.1. Matters not regulated in these Regulations are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code.
