Terms and Conditions of PIGCASSO Creative Paint House
Terms agreed between the company “FluoSpot sp. z o.o.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “Organizer,” or “Pigcasso”), registered under NIP 7123471924 REGON 528005750, with its registered office in Lublin:

and the service recipient, hereinafter referred to as the “User,” “Participant,” or “Guest.”
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making reservations via the Website, safety regulations, and activity guidelines.
1.2. The person making the reservation must familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions and share the contained information with all other participants.
1.3. The User is obligated to use the Website and make reservations in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
RESERVATIONS
2.1. Reservations are made via the website and its subdomains at pigcasso.pl.
2.2. Painting station reservations can be made in the “OUR EXPERIENCES” section of the Website. Adding a reservation to the cart requires completing the following steps:
- Choosing the service category
- Selecting the service
- Picking the date and time of the reservation
- Selecting the ticket type
- Adding the reservation to the cart
2.3. Discounted tickets are available for children up to 12 years old and youth up to 18 years old upon presentation of a valid school ID.
2.4. The “Discounted ticket plus guardian” option is available only for children under 12 years old and their guardian.
2.5. Finalizing the reservation involves completing the following steps:
- Reviewing the reservation in the cart
- Providing personal information
- Choosing a payment method
- Accepting the Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT
3.1. Payment for reservations can be made upon arrival at the venue on the day of the reservation or via the online payment system.
3.2. To use a Voucher as a payment method, select the “Voucher” payment option during checkout. The printed paper version of the voucher must be presented to staff on the day of the session before the activity.
3.3. Prices displayed on the www.pigcasso.pl website are gross amounts, including VAT calculated in accordance with applicable regulations.
RESERVATION MODIFICATION
4.1. Reservations can be canceled via email, telephone, or in person at the venue.
4.2. Participants are entitled to a refund only if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the activity. Otherwise, they are obligated to pay the full price for the session.
VOUCHERS
5.1. Gift vouchers can be purchased on-site during operating hours or online via email at wroclaw@pigcasso.pl.
5.2. Vouchers correspond to the available admission ticket options.
5.3. Vouchers can be redeemed within 3 months from the date of purchase.
5.4. The validity of vouchers cannot be extended.
SAFETY RULES
6.1. Participants must familiarize themselves with general safety rules before starting the activity and follow the instructions of the venue staff.
6.2. Non-toxic poster paints are used during the activity. The Organizer is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the paint ingredients. The paint composition is available upon request at the venue.
6.3. Each participant receives a disposable protective suit and shoe covers. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage or staining of clothing or footwear.
6.4. Participants must exercise caution and avoid sudden or excessively intense movements that may cause injury.
6.5. Participants should be mindful of others and avoid actions that may endanger their safety.
6.6. Lockable storage lockers are provided for valuables during the activity. The Organizer is not responsible for items damaged or taken into the activity area.
6.7. In case of an accident or sudden illness, participants must immediately notify the venue staff.
ACTIVITY GUIDELINES
7.1. The minimum age for participation is 3 years.
7.2. Children under 12 years old can participate only under the supervision of an adult guardian.
7.3. Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.
7.4. Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
7.5. The session duration is 60 minutes, with no possibility of extension.
7.6. Participants are responsible for any material damages they cause (e.g., to spinning tables, televisions, or audiovisual equipment).
7.7. Each participant receives a basic kit, including a disposable protective suit, a canvas, a paint set, and painting tools. Additional paint and larger canvases can be purchased at the venue.
7.8. Completed artwork is provided to participants in packaging for easy transport. The Organizer is not responsible for damage during transport.
7.9. Participants are required to take their created artwork home. This rule does not apply to canvases larger than 40×50 cm.
7.10. If a participant leaves their artwork at the venue, they forfeit all ownership and copyright claims to it.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
8.1. Birthday party reservations can be made via phone, email, or in person at the venue.
8.2. A deposit of 400 PLN is required to confirm a birthday party reservation.
8.3. Participants have 3 days to make the payment and send confirmation via email after making the reservation.
8.4. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours in advance. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
PERSONAL DATA
9.1. Personal data provided by the User is collected and processed by “Pigcasso” in accordance with applicable laws.
9.2. Statements regarding personal data can be revoked at any time with future effect by sending an email to biuro@letmeout.pl or in writing to Pigcasso’s registered office.
9.3. By making a reservation, participants consent to the processing of their personal data, which is collected during the reservation process. This data is processed to facilitate service delivery and communication with participants.
FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
