The person receiving the gift can choose the day, time, and one painting technique – the voucher gives full freedom and a guarantee of booking, regardless of session or date (with prior online reservation, of course).
Each voucher corresponds to a specific entry ticket and includes everything needed for the painting session:
Additional paints and canvases can be purchased on-site – they are not included in the voucher and cannot be pre-purchased as part of it.
The voucher entitles the holder to a one-time participation in an action painting session in the chosen technique and type (classic or fluo).
The voucher is personal, issued in the name of the person specified at the time of purchase, and does not have a monetary value.
Additional paints and canvases can be purchased on-site – however, they are not included in the voucher and cannot be purchased in advance as part of it.
Reduced tickets – for children and students (ages 3 to 18 with valid school ID), seniors, and persons with disabilities.
Children under 12 must paint with a guardian – we’ve created a “reduced + additional person / guardian” ticket for them.
One guardian may accompany up to 5 children.
For a ticket with an accompanying person – both people paint at one workstation, using one canvas and one set of paints (the second person gets their own protective set).
If you want to gift a painting session for two people with separate canvases – you need two vouchers.
Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
After this period, any unused voucher expires and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.
It is also not possible to redeem the unused amount or any part of it.
Electronic vouchers (PDF) are sent by email within 24h of receiving payment confirmation.
Paper vouchers can be purchased on-site without prior ordering (during opening hours).

3. Send the payment confirmation and the details (name and surname) of the person or people for whom the voucher should be issued to the email address [email protected]
4. In the message, also include the type of voucher you want to purchase (we have two types at the same price).
5. If you buy more than one voucher, specify who each voucher is for.
6. Done! Within 24 hours you will receive a PDF voucher ready for printing.
Reservations are made online on the website www.pigcasso.pl:
The voucher, either printed or in paper form, must be presented to the staff on the day of the event.
CANCELLATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
A reservation made using a voucher can be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
Complaints regarding the purchase or use of vouchers can be submitted by email to: [email protected] within 14 days from the date of the event giving rise to the complaint.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
