For example, we may refuse to delete personal data contained in your order until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract concluded through the website.

Providing your personal data is always voluntary, but necessary to make a reservation on the website, subscribe to the newsletter, contact us, send an enquiry or other form.

We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure that all security and personal data protection measures required by personal data protection regulations are taken. We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:

Amazon WEB Services – for the purpose of storing data on a server,

Google LLC. – for the purpose of using the G suite external mail server service,

Ewa Piórek Financial and Tax Office – for the purpose of using the services of an external accounting office.

3. Service reservation.

When booking admission to Pigcasso Creative Paint House via the website, you must provide your personal data necessary to complete the order, i.e. your name, email address and telephone number. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in the order is the performance of the contract you conclude on the basis of the website’s terms and conditions.

When you book your visit to Pigcasso via the pigcasso.pl website, you enter into a contract directly with Let Me Out Sp. z o.o. .

Data related to the order will be stored in the administrator’s database for the duration of the website’s operation.

4. Invoices.

If, in connection with your use of the website, we issue or deliver an invoice to you, we process your personal data to the extent necessary to issue the invoice. The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is the fulfilment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice. In addition, all invoices issued are included in the accounting records, and therefore your data will naturally be processed as part of these records for the period of time required by law.

5. Newsletter.

Through the website, you can subscribe to a newsletter containing information about news, promotions, products and services related to the website. In order to send the newsletter, your personal data in the form of your name and email address are processed.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent, which you give by ticking the appropriate checkbox when subscribing to the newsletter. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

The data processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter is stored in the mailing system database for the duration of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which will result in the deletion of your data from the database.
