This privacy and cookies policy describes the rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies and other technologies on the website www.pigcasso.pl.

User – any entity using the Website.

Providing your personal data is always voluntary but necessary to make a reservation, sign up for a newsletter, contact us, or submit a query or other form.

We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure that all necessary measures are taken to secure and protect your data as required by data protection laws. Personal data is collected with due care and is adequately protected from unauthorized access. Data is processed exclusively within the European Union.

We entrust data processing to the following entities:

Amazon Web Services – for data storage on a server,

Google LLC – for using the external G Suite email server,

Kancelaria finansowo-podatkowa Ewa Piórek – for external accounting services.

3. Service Reservation

When booking an entry to Pigcasso Creative Paint House via the website, you must provide personal data necessary to fulfill the order, such as your name, email address, and phone number. The legal basis for processing your personal data in the order is the performance of the contract entered into based on the website’s terms.

When booking an entry to Pigcasso via pigcasso.pl, you enter into a contract directly with Let Me Out Sp. z o.o.

Data related to the order will be stored in the administrator’s database as long as the Service operates.

4. Invoices

If we issue or deliver you an invoice related to using the Service, we process your personal data to the extent necessary to issue the invoice. The legal basis for processing your data in this case is fulfilling the legal obligation to issue an invoice. Additionally, all issued invoices are included in accounting documentation, meaning your data will naturally be processed within this documentation for the period required by law.

5. Newsletter

You can subscribe to a newsletter containing information about news, promotions, products, and services related to the Service. To send the newsletter, your name and email address are processed.

The legal basis for processing your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent, expressed by selecting the appropriate checkbox when signing up for the newsletter. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Data processed for sending the newsletter is stored in the mailing system database as long as the newsletter operates unless you unsubscribe, in which case your data will be removed from the database.

6. Email Contact

When contacting the Service administrator via email, you naturally provide your email address as the sender’s address. You may also include other personal data in the message content.

The legal basis for processing personal data in such cases is your consent, resulting from initiating contact with us.

Your personal data provided during email communication is processed solely to handle your inquiry. The correspondence content may be archived.

Surveys, queries, and other forms available on the website may require you to input personal data. If you complete and submit such a form, the data contained will be processed solely to handle the survey, query, or other form purposes. The correspondence content may be archived.

The administrator informs the User that the following technologies are used to track User activities on the Website:

Facebook conversion pixel – for managing Facebook ads and remarketing,

Google Analytics tracking code – for analyzing Website statistics,

9. Server Logs

Using the Website involves sending requests to the server on which the Website is stored.

Each request to the server is logged. Logs include, among other things, the User’s IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser, and the operating system used by the User.

The data recorded in server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the Website and is not used by the Administrator to identify the User. 

Server logs are used solely for administering the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.
